Booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 20% of the total price is due within 7 days of booking. The booking is considered binding once payment is received.
The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations made before the start of the rental period must be submitted in writing. In such cases, cancellation fees apply:
• Up to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the total price, with a minimum of €50.00
• Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the total price
• 100% of the total price up to 14 days before the start of the rental period

A fee of €50.00 applies to any reservation changes.

In the event of a ban on lodging, the reservation will be canceled free of charge and any deposit or payment made will be refunded.

Rental Terms and Conditions
• Deposit: 20% of the rental price upon booking
• Final payment: 4 weeks before arrival
• No security deposit
• Check-in day: Daily – earliest check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. at the latest
