An open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with an air fryer, a separate bedroom, and a sleeper sofa with an optional mattress topper provide everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Here, you can relax after an eventful day at the North Sea, spend time together, or wind down the evening in comfort.

The sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. For greater comfort, an extra mattress topper can be placed on the unfolded sofa bed.

The open, fully equipped kitchen blends harmoniously into the living and dining area.

Here, you can prepare your own meals however you like—from a cozy breakfast to a relaxed dinner.

The separate bedroom features a cozy double bed with a comfortable, full-length mattress measuring 160 × 200 cm.

Here, you can retreat after an eventful day of vacation and enjoy restful nights.

Living Area – Sofa Bed

The sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space.

For added comfort, a mattress topper is available that can be placed on the sofa bed when it’s used as a bed.

This makes the “Meerzeit” ideal for both couples and small families.

🚿 COMPACT BATHROOM WITH NATURAL LIGHT AND SHOWER

The bathroom has a window that provides pleasant natural light.

Important note regarding the size of the bathroom:

The shower room is very small and compact overall. The shower stall, in particular, offers very little room to move around.

For people with a larger build, using the shower may therefore be significantly restricted and somewhat uncomfortable.

We want to be transparent about this before you book so you can assess whether the space meets your personal needs.

A special highlight of the vacation rental is the balcony with a view of the greenery.

Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, and start your day in a completely relaxed way.

🧖 COMMUNAL SAUNA AREA IN THE BASEMENT – PURE RELAXATION

After a long walk along the dike or an eventful day at the North Sea, there’s hardly anything better than relaxing in the soothing warmth of a sauna.

Located in the basement of the house is a communal sauna area available to all guests.

In addition to the sauna, other amenities await you here:

🧖 Shared sauna—perfect for warming up and unwinding after a day in the fresh North Sea air.

🚿 Separate showers in the sauna area—for a refreshing rinse before and after your sauna session.

🛋️ Relaxation room – for unwinding and resting between sauna sessions.

🚻 Separate restroom – for added comfort during your sauna visit.

Important Information Regarding Sauna Use:

The sauna is located in the basement of the building and is shared by all guests. It is therefore not a private sauna within the vacation rental.

There is a fee for use.

Especially during the cooler months, this wellness area offers a wonderful opportunity to round out your North Sea vacation with relaxing sauna sessions.

🧺 WASHER & DRYER

A shared washing machine and dryer are available in the house.

These appliances are especially convenient for longer stays.

Please note: There is a fee for using the washing machine and dryer.

🚗 PRIVATE PARKING SPACE RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOUSE

The vacation rental includes a private parking space right next to the house.

This makes it easy for you to arrive and start your North Sea vacation on a relaxed note.

🚿 Important note: The bathroom with natural light—and especially the shower—is very small. The limited space may be uncomfortable, particularly for people with a larger build.
