Located just about 300 meters from the beach, the house invites you to enjoy relaxing days by the sea, while the fenced-in garden with its two terraces promises relaxation and privacy. Whether you’re sunbathing, enjoying a social barbecue, or savoring a balmy summer evening—here you’ll find the perfect spot to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Inside the house, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living and dining area, which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere with its wood-burning stove. On cooler days, underfloor heating provides additional cozy warmth. Sit back, listen to the soft crackling of the fire, or enjoy your favorite movie on the smart TV with a high-quality Bose sound system.

The separate kitchen, which was newly installed in 2021, is equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances. Here, cooking becomes a pleasure, and the dishwasher takes care of the dishes afterward, giving you more time to enjoy your vacation. For restful nights, the house offers two cozy bedrooms with double beds that invite you to drift off to sleep after an eventful day in the fresh North Sea air. Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, ensure that all guests feel completely at home.

Villa Casa Mia also offers practical amenities such as a washing machine, two private parking spaces right next to the house, and even a mailbox, in case you’d like to have your daily newspaper forwarded to you while on vacation. Your four-legged friends are also especially welcome here—dogs are, of course, allowed to come along and run around in the fully fenced-in garden.
