Dispute Resolution
Under EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, starting January 9, 2016, disputes between consumers and businesses arising from online sales contracts or onlineservice contracts be resolved via an online platform. This platform is being established by the European Commission and is accessible through the “Your Europe” portal at the link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr be made available.

In accordance with § 36 of the VSBG, haventraum hereby notes that neither haventraum nor the respective owner or landlord participates in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
